Since the establishment of Shenzhen Special Economic Zone，the city has had a sustainable and rapid development of economy and society. Moreover，it has accomplished so remarkable an achievement that it becomes a world’s miracle in industrialization as well as urbanization. In recent years，the four problems of “unsustainable land，resources，population and environment” Shenzhen faces are becoming more and more obvious，which makes Shenzhen one of the super cities of China that really face severe constraints of resources and environment.
