一、项目内容：孔雀湖景园度假村拟建于河北省石家庄市行唐县北部的孔雀湖。孔雀湖最大水面积6.66平方公里，景园环绕孔雀湖而建，占地约2100亩。建成后将形成园林旅游度假区，其功能集旅游、会议、餐饮、娱乐、休闲为一体。该项目一期投资2.1亿元，园林景观及宾馆建筑总面积6.2万平方米，建筑风格为中国古典园林建筑，主流文化采用中国传统的儒家文化。

　　二、建设条件：孔雀湖水面开阔，深浅适宜，水质优良，无污染。水面沿岸山低坡缓，具有植被基础，宜于绿化造景，适于风情度假村建设。当地地理位置优越，紧临无繁公路，距省会石家庄75公里，距京珠高速40公里，距石太高速60公里，距京昆高速15公里，距五台山100公里，交通极为便利。

　　景园区所属的山、水等基本自然条件，以片麻岩为主的裸露荒坡，经改良后可绿化造景，项目设计独树一帜，与湖区水景浑然一体，具有不可整体复制性。

　　1. Content of project

　　The vacation village will be built around the Peacock Lake, where is in the North of Xingtang County of Shijiazhuang city, Hebei province. The biggest water area is 6.66 square meters. The vacation village will cover 2100 Mu, after being finished , it will become scenery garden and traveling vacation area, it’s function is get traveling, meeting, food and drinking, entertainment , rest together. The first phase investment is 0.21 billions Yuan, the total area of scenery garden and the building is 62 thousand square meters. Construction style is Chinese traditional garden style. Main culture is Chinese traditional culture -- the confucianists.

　　2. Condition of construction

　　The Peacock Lake has the opening water, suitable depth, good quality water without pollution. On the back of the lake, there are small hills and sloping fields suit for planting. All of this make a good base for scenery garden construction . The Peacock Lake has good geographical condition, it is very close to Wufan Road, 75 kilometers to the capital of Shijiazhuang city, it is one hour’s distance,40 kilometers to Jingshi highway, 60 kilometers to Shitai highway , to Jingkun Highway is 15 kilomtetre and 100 kilometers to Wutai Mountain, the communtion is very convenient.

　　The hills and water this area is belongs to waste slope with rough rock uncovered, it can be changed into green scenery, the design of the project is the only one , it is make the lake and the scenery together, it can not be copied.
